Appolonia is in tune with its clients, and is now establishing a double line for the on-call service. The old 04 97 06 36 46 number will now only be used during working days and hours, while two specific numbers will cover the on-call services in the evening, every weekend and on holidays. We always answer your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nothing is changing in that respect!

Following the publication of the new decree concerning gaming casinos, Appolonia, on 5 January 2015, made changes affecting French officials in order to allow all clients to print documents from the software package. The Pantheon Neptune module (for managing poker tables) was also updated in order to comply with new regulations concerning the capping of bets beyond €500 per stake. Regulations covering casinos are changing, and Appolonia is reacting, within a few days, to deliver updates, at no additional cost, in order to facilitate your work.

The 75 machines in this establishment are all equipped with new Kalypse Touch software, which is a sophisticated touch interface and is directly connected to the machine. The casino has also entrusted us with the management of their dynamic display on more than ten screens broadcasting all over the establishment.
